Our unique wedding planning services are for busy couples who don't want to spend their spare time trawling Google and Instagram looking for the perfect suppliers and who want to spend their weekends doing things they enjoy rather than neck deep in wedmin! Evermore offers Full and Partial wedding planning packages to allow you to choose the level of support that works best for you. We don't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach so will work around you and create systems that work for you and your schedule.

Hiring a Devon wedding planner does not mean you are losing creative control! On the contrary, I'm here to streamline the process for you. All the final decisions are still yours to make but I'll save you time by carefully curating suppliers that fit your style, budget & brief, take care of all the boring wedmin and logistics and leave you free to enjoy being engaged.

what is included in our wedding planning packages?

FULL WEDDING PLANNING

every detail taken care of

Support from the moment you book. Full wedding planning is a comprehensive service that covers every aspect of your wedding, including:
Venue sourcing and selection.
Overall Wedding Design: Creation of a bespoke Wedding Design Roadmap that encapsulates the vision you have for your wedding, sourcing of decor/rentals, on the day styling and set up.
Supplier team sourcing: I will source and contact all the suppliers you need for your wedding day, ensuring they fit your budget and vision.
Supplier team management & communication: Including throughout the planning process, during set up, throughout your wedding celebrations, and during pack down.
Supplier team admin: Including keeping on top of invoice deadlines, organising supplier meetings and ensuring that all suppliers have all the information they need.
Budget guidance and tracking: I will help you set and allocate your budget based on your priorities and will keep on top of invoices and payment deadlines on your behalf. You will need to pay invoices directly but I will make sure you are aware of any upcoming deadlines.
Event logistics: I will manage these on your behalf. This includes pre and post event logistics, eg drop off and return of any rented items.
Wedding weekend management: Myself and my assistant planner will be present for the duration of your wedding celebrations to oversee every aspect, including set-up and breakdown.
Unlimited support: via WhatsApp, email, or phone throughout the planning process.

Investment: From £6,500

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

Support from the moment you book. You will be further along in your planning journey and have your venue and key suppliers already booked.
Thorough consultation and handover meeting when you book. From this point on I will be the main point of contact for your venue and suppliers.
Supplier sourcing: I will make recommendations for up to three suppliers that have not already been sourced and booked.
Venue and supplier analysis to highlight any concerns that I have.
Supplier communication to confirm all the details of what each supplier is providing.
Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline.
Wedding day coordination: up to 10 hours of on the day coordination on your wedding day, including overseeing set up and styling, coordinating your suppliers, and ensuring a seamless day for you and your guests.
Unlimited support: via WhatsApp, email, or phone throughout the planning process.
